Accessibility Statement
The Colorado Energy & Carbon Management Commission (hereafter ECMC) is dedicated to supporting a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible workplace and environment for all.
Our ongoing accessibility efforts work towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, levels A and AA criteria. These guidelines not only help make web content accessible to users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility disabilities but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.
This website is just part of a meaningful change in making all State of Colorado services inclusive and accessible. ECMC welcomes requests for accommodations and comments on how to improve the accessibility of this website for users with disabilities. Please contact us if you encounter any accessibility barriers. We are committed to responding within three business days.

Additional State Accessibility Services
The State of Colorado is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all Coloradans. Through a partnership with Aira, the State provides assistance for all blind and low-vision Coloradans. The Aira app provides live, on-demand visual interpreting through human-to-human assistance. Coloradans get free access for up to 30 minutes per session while navigating state locations and digital services, reducing barriers to services and creating a more welcoming Colorado for all.
