All hearing applications and supporting documents are filed using the Commission’s eFiling system. The eFiling system provides any member of the public the opportunity to view hearing applications and related documents. Anyone can create a free account in the eFiling system.
If you only want to submit a written comment in a docket pending before the Commission without creating an eFiling system account, you can do so at this link.
If you prefer not to register for an eFiling account, you can still find hearing applications and related documents through the Public Access Viewer (PAV) by clicking here. While the PAV does not provide the same level of detailed information for pending hearing applications, it can be an efficient way to find specific documents.
