ECMC abides by state and federal laws governing open access to public records, including the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), which allows any member of the public to request agency records unless excepted by law. A "public record" includes most writings made, maintained or kept by our office.

ECMC will respond to CORA requests in a uniform, timely and reliable manner, consistent with Department of Natural Resources policy.
