Crestone's Lowry Ranch CAP
The Crestone Peak Resources (Crestone) Lowry Ranch application for a Comprehensive Area Plan (CAP) passed ECMC completeness review on February 23, 2024. The application is now posted on the ECMC website for public review, and the formal public comment period will be open for a minimum of 60 days pursuant to Rule 314.f. Once technical review is complete, the Director will publish her Recommendation to the Commission. The application will then go before the Commission for hearing.
