The Colorado Energy & Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) invites community members to attend a local public comment hearing on Thursday, September 11 at 5 pm at Bonnie Blue’s Event Venue in Elizabeth, CO, at which stakeholders can provide comments regarding the State Sunlight/Long OGDP.
