The Commission portfolio is built every week in anticipation of the upcoming Commission hearing. The portfolio contains pertinent information for each matter the Commission will act upon at the Commission hearing, including but not limited to Recommended Orders, application materials and Rule 505 testimony, links to pertinent documents, public comments, and hearing presentations. Commission portfolios remain permanently accessible, even after the hearing has been conducted.
