Crestone submitted a Rule 314 Comprehensive Area Plan (CAP) application to the COGCC Hearings eFiling System, under Docket No:221000282, on October 27, 2022. The CAP application is currently under Rule 314.d.(4) completeness review. The CAP is not subject to public comments during the completeness review, however, a public comment portal will be opened and the CAP application and all supporting materials will be posted to the COGCC website when the Director issues the completeness determination
