The Form 14, Monthly Report of Non-Produced Water Injected has been released in the eForm system. Now all Form 14s must be filed using eForms; emailed PDFs and mailed hard copies of these forms will not be accepted. Please send questions to John Morgan via john.morgan@state.co.us.
