The Mission Change revisions to the Form 26, Source of Produced Water for Disposal have been released in the eForm system. Form 26s in “Draft” are converted to the new version. Form 26s “In Process” filed prior to Jan. 15, 2021 stay in the current version unless returned to “Draft.” (If returned to draft, they will be converted to the new version.)
