The Mission Change revisions to the Form 27, Site Investigation and Remediation Workplan have been released in the eForm system. All Form 27s in “Draft” status have been converted to the new version. All Form 27s “In Process” remain in the current version but, if returned to “Draft”, will be converted to the new version. Please send questions to John Heil via john.heil@state.co.us.
