COGCC launched an update to the Form 4 (Ver. 3.0) that includes a new Gas Capture tab for Rule 903. All Form 4s in Draft have been converted, and all Form 4s that get returned to draft will be converted. Operators should use the new tab for all Rule 903 submissions effective immediately. Activate the tab by checking the Rule 903 box on the Eng/Env tab. Please contact Sabrina Trask if you encounter technical issues.
