The Noble West Pony CAP application and supporting materials were posted to the ECMC website on March 14, 2025. The proposed CAP development encompasses approximately 20,749.63 mineral acres with eight (8) planned Oil and Gas Locations and an estimated 181 new horizontal wells in Weld County. The CAP documents and links to submit public comments are available HERE. Comments must be submitted by May 13, 2025.
