The Commission will take virtual general public comment and OGDP public comment at its Wednesday, September 17, 2025, hearing. Pursuant to Commission practice, the Commission will not be taking oral public comment on either the WildEarth Guardians Rulemaking Petition or the Petroleum Resource Management Welba Peak 2 OGDP, which was continued from the September 3 hearing.
