SB21-264 tasked the COGCC with compiling a report to evaluate the resources needed for the state of Colorado to implement a safe and effective UIC Class VI program. In order to better understand the resources necessary for a state program, this report summarizes the requirements of a successful Class VI primacy application and outlines technical Class VI project components to inform what regulatory oversight may be appropriate.
