Noble Energy Colt Comprehensive Drilling Plan (CDP) in Weld County
Noble Energy, Inc. recently filed an application with the COGCC to submit a Comprehensive Drilling Plan (CDP) under Rule 216. The CDP will encompass approximately 41,000 acres northeast of Greeley, between US Highway 14 and Highway 392. The proposed CDP area is in unincorporated Weld County. Noble Energy intends to submit the draft CDP package to the COGCC in September 2019.
