COGIS Database | Colorado Energy & Carbon Management Commission

Our agency collects, reviews, and approves data from field staff, operators, and partner agencies on a variety of points related to oil and gas operations — everything from the location and inspection status of extraction wells to air and water quality samples. This data is available through ECMC’s central online database, the Colorado Oil and Gas Information System (COGIS), as a service to the public.

As an simpler alternative to COGIS, ECMC offers a Daily Activity Dashboard to provide an interactive, visual resource for frequently requested data.
