Denver, CO  (Apr. 7, 2025, 10 a.m.) -  The Energy and Carbon Management (ECMC) has been made aware of an emergent situation at the 483510 Noble/Chevron Bishop A07-01 pad location in Weld County. ECMC inspectors are onsite and monitoring the incident, which is currently under the control of Weld County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Incident Command.

ECMC inspectors are in coordination with local first responders and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as well as with the operator. First responders have jurisdiction until they declare the incident is no longer emergent, at which time ECMC inspectors will conduct additional inspections and assess regulatory compliance.

The state’s inspection/permitting history of the site is publicly available on ECMC’s COGIS database. The site was most recently inspected in February 2025.
