Denver, CO (Sep. 11, 2020) - The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) has updated the schedule for the Commission’s rulemaking hearing addressing Mission Change, Alternative Location Analysis and Cumulative Impacts, as required by SB 19-181. Mission Change Rulemaking Hearing Updates:
- There will no longer be hearings on Friday, Sept. 11, and Monday, Sept. 14.
- The next hearing dates are Wednesday, Sept. 16, and Sept. 21 - 23.
- The 800, 900 & 1200 Series Mission Change Rulemaking hearings have new dates:
- 800 Series: Sept. 28 - 30
- 1200 Series: Oct. 13 - 16
- 900 Series: Oct. 23 -30
Additionally, COGCC is accepting written public comments for the 800/900/1200 Series rulemakings by sending to: DNR_COGCC.Rulemaking@state.co.us. Be sure to specify in the subject line that your comments are for the 800/900/1200 Mission Change rulemaking.
Deadlines for written comment:
- 800 Series: Noon, 9/24
- 1200 Series: Noon, 10/8
- 900 Series: Noon, 10/20
