- Requirements: identification of instances in which the attachment is required, followed by a list of minimum requirements for the attachment itself
- Common Errors and Issues: a list of the most common errors and issues that ECMC staff encounters with operators' submittals of the attachment
- Notes: any additional information relating to the attachment, including reference to other ECMC guidance documents
NOTE
Every well is unique, with a specific set of parameters that dictate the regulatory requirements. This means it is not possible to create a "one-size-fits-all" guide for the preparation of the attachments for a Form 2A. This document is not a comprehensive list of all potential requirements and errors; it focuses on the more common issues and errors.
TIP
If you are preparing the attachments for a Form 2A for a well with circumstances that you have never encountered before, contact ECMC staff to discuss the possible issues related to the attachment requirements prior to submittal.
