January 15, 2022 is the full implementation date for Rule 903.d.(3). All existing Sundry Notice Form 4 approvals for production gas venting/flaring will expire on January 15. Neither the Director nor Commission staff have the authority to approve Form 4 time extensions for Rule 903.d.(3) venting/flaring approved on Form 4.Beginning January 15, all emissions during production must comply with Rule 903.d.(1) A-E, Rule 903.d.(2), and Rule 903.d.(4), and Rule 903.d.(5).
