In collaboration with the Colorado Division of Water Resources, the ECMC has released a report on the regulation of geothermal resources in Colorado. The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) was awarded $12.6 million of federal funding to be used to provide grants to operators to plug marginal conventional wells in their inventory.
