Due to ongoing legislative discussions, the Commission has vacated all pending deadlines & continued all hearings in the Cumulative Impacts rulemaking until after the legislative session ends on May 8. During a hearing at 5:30 p.m. on April 9, the Commission is expected to take up the issue of potentially continuing the rulemaking hearing, scheduled to begin on April 22, 2024.
