COGCC Cumulative Impacts Annual Report

The COGCC 2021 Report on the Evaluation of Cumulative Impacts, as required by the SB 19-181 Mission Change rules, is available HERE. For additional information, please see the Director's letter at the beginning of the report.

UIC Class VI Report (SB21-264)

SB21-264 tasked the COGCC with compiling a report to evaluate the resources needed for the state of Colorado to implement a safe and effective UIC Class VI program. In order to better understand the resources necessary for a state program, this report summarizes the requirements of a successful Class VI primacy application and outlines technical Class VI project components to inform what regulatory oversight may be appropriate. Webforms Release – Tuesday, November 2

Webforms, the COGCC’s new electronic forms system, will be released Tuesday, November 2nd. Webforms replaces the current eForms platform, and is compatible ONLY with the Google Chrome web browser. COGCC website links to the new electronic forms system will update overnight November 1st. Please clear your browsing cache and refresh your browser. Any webform questions or issues should be directed to the form-designated COGCC staff contact listed HERE.

Form 4 Sundry Notice – Mission Change Revisions Released

The Form 4, Sundry Notice, has been revised to accommodate the Mission Change Rules. All Form 4s in “Draft” status in the eForm system have been converted to the new version. All Form 4s that are “In Process” or “On Hold” will remain in their current version. Forms returned to draft will also remain in their current version; they will not be updated to the new version.
