The Form 4, Sundry Notice, has been revised to accommodate the Mission Change Rules. All Form 4s in “Draft” status in the eForm system have been converted to the new version. All Form 4s that are “In Process” or “On Hold” will remain in their current version. Forms returned to draft will also remain in their current version; they will not be updated to the new version.
