To ensure that staff’s review and processing of Form 2As and Form 2s is coordinated with the correct Drilling and Spacing Unit (DSU) application, these forms now have a data field for the Docket Number of the pending hearing application. The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) has released it’s annual prioritized list of orphaned wells and sites it is working to plug, remediate and reclaim. The document is available HERE.
The State Oil and Gas Regulatory Exchange (SOGRE) Peer Assessment 2019 Well Integrity Report is now available. The COGCC will begin reviewing the report for future actions. The report is available HERE.

SRC has withdrawn and removed approximately 160 acres from the proposed CDP lands. The withdrawn land is in the southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 65 West, south of La Salle in unincorporated Weld County.
