The Form 4, Sundry Notice, has been revised to accommodate the Mission Change Rules. All Form 4s in “Draft” status in the eForm system have been converted to the new version. All Form 4s that are “In Process” or “On Hold” will remain in their current version. Forms returned to draft will also remain in their current version; they will not be updated to the new version. Please direct Form 4 questions and issues to the designated staff contacts listed HERE.

COGCC has released new guidance for Oil and Gas Facility Closure - Rule 911.a.(4). The guidance document is available on the COGCC website under Mission Change Guidance or the Form 27 page.

The Rule 502 Variances Guidance has been posted and is available under Operator Guidance on the Regulation page and by clicking HERE.

Please note the COGCC has moved and consolidated hearings information on our website. Added is a new menu tab for ‘Hearings’ that contains all hearings-related content including meeting schedules, agendas, recordings, rulemakings, and helpful guidance for using the eFiling system. Additionally the Mission Change operator guidance (associated with SB-181 rulemaking) can now be found under ‘Regulation’ --> ‘Operator Guidance’. You may need to clear your web browser cache to see these changes.

This afternoon the COGCC noticed proposed Financial Assurance rules, SBP and hearing notice with the Colorado Secretary of State. The documents have been eFiled and are available for review at the above link under Docket No. 210600097. These documents are also available on the Financial Assurance Rulemaking page HERE. Staff will review these proposed rules at the June 16 stakeholder meeting.

The Mission Change revisions to the Form 31, Underground Injection Formation Permit Application have been released in the eForm system. Form 31s in “Draft” are converted to the new version. Form 31s “In Process” will stay in the current version unless returned to “Draft.” If returned to draft, they will be converted to the new version.
