The Commission is initiating a rulemaking on deep geothermal operations in 2023. The Commission is releasing "Strawdog" Rules for consideration and to gather feedback from the public and stakeholders. The Strawdog Rules and a form collecting comments are available on the "Upcoming Rulemaking" page, under "Hearings". Comments are due 11/13/23 by noon
